today i got filled to the brim with excitement.
change your perspective on what you can be doing with your life and it changes everything.
i don't have to be doing what i don't like to be doing.

i think i should be doing what i truly want to be doing.
not the
want = instant gratification want
but
want = this will bring me closer to who i want to be and where i want to be want.
which is, i think, better motivation.
mindful, conscious living.

My father says that almost the whole world is asleep. Everybody you know. Everybody you see. Everybody you talk to. He says that only a few people are awake and they live in a state of constant total amazement.

Het we had this talk a little bit ago. Focus on what you want in the future rather than instant gratification. Here's a quote I like, "the biggest mistake people make in life is sacrificing what they want in the future for what they want in the moment." And you miss Sarah crowley are wonderful. Also, chuck starts tomorrow. We are going to watch it. Correct? I'll contact you tomorrow. :)

Love love loved this, Sarah. Mindful, conscious living. And I love that quote from joe. Ahhh, reading this while listening to your playlist (Norah's "If I were a painter...") has just been very good for my soul. :)

I quite agree. Well said. It's hard to apply but I feel like repetition of this so important concept is working my habitual grooves into the right direction. Thanks Sarah for your influence for good and your unique perspective. By the way, I love that picture and I think it fits your topic perfectly. haha. funny Mario
