here is my philosophy (the ending result of yoga training), which i'm sure is to be ever changing and growing.

yoga means alive.
from beginning to finish
from when i wake up till i fall asleep
on and off the mat
feeling energy.
from the first Ujjayi breath to exhaling into Savasana
yoga is breath, and the life behind movement.
it helps me feel the body i'm in.

yoga is guidance.
the guidance within myself.
it helped me discover my own body
and what it actually feels like to be connected to it.
it helped me listen to it and trust it.
the intuition you helped me discover helped me heal it.

yoga is an internal source of healing
which makes sense
people always show us outward sources of healing, pop this pill, rub this on your forehead, wrap this around your knee...
yoga starts from the inside, which is where healing needs to happen.
heats us, aligns us, and helps us come to our best self.

yoga is loud.
that overwhelmingly loud breath that pushes away thought.
and yoga is quiet
so quiet in meditation.

yoga is breath
and each breath is you in that present moment
the past and the future don't exist right now
and in each moment there is unlimited potential

yoga is love.
love for my self, for my body, and for my life.
helping me make life better.
and giving my body a gift everyday.

it helps me be less worried
more peaceful
more grateful
more joyful.
it brings me to be humble, and open minded.

For me yoga is a learning process, that'll never end.

no expectations, yet no limits.
thank you yoga.
i can't wait to share you.
and see yoga help other people discover the answers they need.
